• 15 - 21 days prior arrival = 30% cancellation fee
• 8 - 14 days prior arrival = 50% cancellation fee
• 4 - 7 days prior arrival = 75% cancellation fee
• 1 - 3 days prior arrival = 90% cancellation fee
